Do you ever wonder what is in your city tap water? Well guess no more - head to www.ewg.org to find out. You'll be mortified at what is still in it even after water treatment. (Spoiler alert - they don't even mention the high concentration of medications either. Our water treatment plants are so antiquated that they don't filter them out)
Water plays a vital role in nearly every physiological process in the human body. Here are the key functions:
Most importantly your body separates the hydrogen and oxygen molecules and turns that into DC electric current aka VOLTAGE that fuels your ENTIRE body. This voltage is also responsible for HEALING your body. Think about your car - if it had no voltage or charge in the battery then the car is stuck! Same for YOU. The fewer contaminates your body has to filter out the more optimized your function and the better you FEEL.
If you have well water good for you! Get it tested 2x/year and drink that as much as possible. If you are out and about and are thirsty, find glass or VOSS water that has less deuterium in it. We'll talk about that in another post. If not, get some water from a plastic bottle (least favorable) but better than dehydration! I carry a 32oz stainless steel bottle of filtered water with sea salt and lemon juice as much as possible.
I recommend reverse osmosis (RO) systems which are now much more affordable. We have this one in the office www.livesans.com. Many are countertop versions, so they don't require a plumber. Just remember to add some sea salt (my favorite is BAJA gold) because RO machines will remove all contaminants even minerals which our bodies need. Once pinch for every 10oz of water. Shoot for 1/2 your body weight in oz/day.
Another unfortunate side effect of modern technology besides blue light is the fact that the non native EMF's produced by our devices creates HEAT. This heat dehydrates us even more than usual (pre-devices and cars AND it also contributes to global warming more than we like to admit) so DRINK your CLEAN filtered/electrolyte water!
Until next time,
Be Well, Be Safe, God Bless.
